College students want their experience back…but that looks less likely every day.
Most colleges have already acknowledged that students will not return to campus this semester. Others have gone so far as to cancel commencement ceremonies. Some have even canceled in-person classes for the summer term and readily admit that students will not be back until fall. In short, the college experience has taken a break.
The first question on everyone’s mind is how this will impact their financial and living situation. Each school has adopted it’s own plan for handling housing arrangements and reimbursements, making a confusing situation even more complicated. To help make things a bit easier, we are in the process of collecting and listing the reimbursement policies of schools across the country. Our goal is to provide students with a single resource to understand their school’s policies while providing school administrators with a place to understand what their peers are doing.
If you don’t see your school, see something missing, or have a personal experience you would like to share, let us know!
