Spencer Weaver is an investor and entrepreneur who is working to improve the news. After becoming discouraged by the quality of content and the lack of innovation from existing media companies, he began gauging interest in a more sustainable solution that could address the ongoing challenges the news business faces. This led to the creation of Fourth View, where he regularly shares his insights on market and civic causes. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of South Florida.

Hailing from Orange County, CA, Dylan studied abroad at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Be’ersheva, Israel and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He recently finished consulting with NASA's DEVELOP Program, helping build a computer model that detected surface water, in southeast Idaho.
